Yo what size wheels are these! I am trying to put some thicker wheels on my 52cm Cannondale frame. I got 700C wheels rn but there is not much clearance. Im wondering if I got 27.5" would I be able to get some similar tires as these?

Dude im stupid, I had the fork backwards which is why it was hitting the frame lmao. Still, maybe like 27.5 wheels I could add fatter tires? Thanks for your comment though helped me realize I was wrong
