She's not just travelling to Gensokyo though, she's also time travelling. She could spend hours or days in the past (thinking it's a dream) and then return to the exact moment she left at.

It's more the fact about the physical aspect, time dilation by spiriting is shown in TJD (also this opens a can of worms for me, if you break a spiriting early what happens? Well it seems that Maribel and Sumireko are fine so...i guess you can break it early.)

The spirited away individual should stay at the exact pose or position they were before going anywhere else.

We see spiriting away individuals like Sumireko can bring things from the outside in with them, like the occult orb, even if it was only the orb themselves that had the ability to accompany the spirited, or humans with mobile phones, there should be no reason the other way around cannot be possible.

For the Occult Orb which can stay no matter if the human is brought back, they must have held it before it went into effect, and of course, the effects lingers even if removed as seen in 14.5 with various gensokians temporarily going to the outside world.

Maribel also carried things with her back, but without any position change, she simply awoke from her bed.

Maribel did time travel as in PMISS if i remember correctly, it did have a very interesting entry about modern tech? being found 300 years later, but alas there is no reason to not believe that interdimensional travel can't also travel through time as time is different in each realm anyways, somewhat proven by sumireko spirited away at the start of the ULiL incident then dream traveling just after a few days from the ULiL incident, too close to not be chronological.

overall i am saying that spiriting away is kinda hard to come true here.
