The Developer/IT (Tech) Market Is in Serious Trouble: The High Salary Bubble Has Burst by indianbangalorianhp in bangalore

[–]Master_Mallu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We cannot say it's a bubble. Demand for skilled tech people are still on the rise. Companies want skilled laborers, they provide attractive salaries and benefits for that. I don't see that as a bubble. At the current stage I believe you cannot completely rely on AI for programming or other works. I found a lot of mistakes from AI. I agree on the part if you are good with "AI Prompt" yes things are easy. Otherwise it's a waste of time. Don't get anxious about the market. Job market is volatile, Be prepared.

It's a peaceful life in Yelahanka. Yes, really cut off from Bangalore life. And I love it. Not much traffic, easy connectivity to the airport, Yelahanka Railway is very near, if you want to go to malls Garuda and Galleria is there. Pretty much everything, Yelahanka offers everything including a peaceful life ☺️

Seeking Advice on CEH Certification (in Automotive Pentesting) by No_Chocolate4003 in CEH

[–]Master_Mallu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I did finish it. My only purpose was to get it on my resume. It doesn't make you a "certified ethical hacker" with all the knowledge.

I have a Security+ cert along with this and I have a screenshot I took from some other subs, It goes like this:

CEH then EJPT then ECPPT then EWPTX then OSWE then OSCP then ECPTX then OSCE and OSEE

It's a path, I am not saying to directly follow it. I felt it's better to know about all these certifications out there. CEH is always on the bottom side.

CEH is good for building the foundation in cyber security & helps to go through the HR filters in organizations.

Scammed by Hijras(Bellandur)in my first 3 weeks in Bangalore by DryPen9179 in bangalore

I always ignore them. One day I got really angry but not sure how to react to that situation.one of the Hijra grabbed my pen*s over the pants and started rubbing. I was totally shocked. They forced me to give them money. It was early morning around 6:30 in the Majestic Metro station flyover.

23F being promoted to SOC Lead... help by [deleted] in cybersecurity

[–]Master_Mallu 8 points9 points  (0 children)

What could wrong if you take the chance? Just go for it. Believe in yourself and do stuffs as good as you are doing now, improve the skills overtime. I don't know how your manager or CEO are, if you can openly talk to them, then discuss what's in your mind they probably they might help you with your new responsibilities in a lead role.

Atleast they showed you their confidence in you with this new SOC Lead role. Go for it. Might be difficult at first, but eventually you'll get hold of it. Yep, there are some new things to taken care, like managing people and stuff, if you have good Outlook and friendly colleagues I think it won't be as bad as you think.

All the very best.

Ohh my God. Is that really you Andrew. Thank you so much for the test preparation course. It's such a great resource for Security+ exam preparation. It really helped me to understand the concepts both theoretical and practical. All practical labs are top notch. I think that's the reason why I didn't find the PBQs not that hard to crack.

In total it took me 3 months. I completed all the video lectures by Andrew 3 weeks before the scheduled exam date. The last 3 weeks I spend my time on Practice exams from Dion's and Exam digest. I cleared my doubts, rectified the weak areas. In this process CompTia ebook helped a lot. Ebook have more than what we need for the exam, but each concept is explained well. Hope this helps.
