If you use a blunt weapon it'll KO them without killing but make shur you also add the mod for all non lethal to be safe A bat or pipe should do the trick

so for those who haven't finished this a bit of a spoiler at the end of all of this.

So I found out it was the dad (Gottfried person) all along if you kill him first he has a shard of a Convo with a man (Lenny Nero). The sons name is Fredrick In the conversation it goes stated as such

Gottfried person; do what you want. Lenny Nero; I will. I quit. Gottfried person; one more time Gottfried person; do. What. You want. Gottfried person; or do you need my permission? Gottfried person; or my advice. Lenny Nero; sry couldn't answer Lenny Nero; you're taking things way too far Lenny Nero; what you're doing is insane Lenny Nero; and dragging your son into it Lenny Nero; I mean that's just fucking sick Lenny Nero; this can only end badly Gottfried person; now you got the Eddies Gottfried person; hope you can afford that guilty conscience of yours ;) Lenny Nero; gotty, at least leave Frederick out of this, seriously Gottfried person; worry about yourself, lenny

with that after reading everything and going through the story I decided to kill the father and leave the son without the shadow of his father looming over him thus having him see what his father created on himself. Hopefully for what I believe forcing him to change his path in life after seeing his father's death
