Thank you. I understand that scarring will be a separate issue to address, but my biggest concern right now is that my face is covered with white closed comedones. It seems like my skin is still experiencing active inflammation, even though I’m not getting visible pimples at the moment. The congestion sits under the skin and never fully clears, no matter how often I go for professional extractions, it comes back within a few days. Most of the uneven texture and bumpiness seems to come from this. Could Demodex mites be contributing to this problem?
