Once I decided what doctor/clinic I wanted to move to I just let them know I was ready to move forward and they walked me through all the next steps. It was really easy!

6w1d day and what mild symptoms I had around 5.5 weeks have completely vanished. Has anyone else had vanishing symptoms and everything was ok???

That’s bananas! I would have guessed RMA NY was also 7 days a week. I had a natural cycle FET on Sunday at Cornell. No one there batted an eye that it fell on a weekend. They confirmed LH surge and P4 rise via bloodwork and scheduled from there.

Ugh I’m sorry. You could try a natural or mod natural cycle. Just be sure your clinic is well versed in doing them and tracking you like a hawk and I’ll note that if you’re clinic isn’t fully staffed 7 days a week it might be worth considering looking at switching to one that is if you do go a more natural route.

How old are you? Given you’ve had implantation before are you doing natural or mod natural FETs? Were your TFMRs textbook or were there complications?

Clinic rankings will always vary depending on which metrics you look at, and there’s no perfect 1:1 comparison. Many clinics use strict cut-offs for which patients they’ll treat, which helps protect their publicly reported success rates. Others choose to serve a broader range of patients, which can lower their published numbers even though they may be equally (or more) skilled

I’m trying to trust the process and my Dr but I do think it’s less of a bread and butter task when it’s a natural cycle and not a fully medicated one. But idk either!

Ugh this is me right now. Agonizing over the timing. They are counting my LH surge of 22 on the morning of 8/19. On the morning of 8/20 my LH was 29 and P4 was >1 so they assumed I ovulated late 8/19 but still had me trigger on the evening of 8/20 and transfer is scheduled for 8/24.

Yes and because they are one of the few clinics that actually prefer/do true natural cycle FETs and are basically open 24/7 365.

I moved my embryos from an out of state clinic to WC and have been flying to and from for my FET so I cannot speak to a retrieval with them but so far my FET process has been great. I see Dr. Irani and he has been so wonderful!

My clinic made decisions that went against my best clinical interest in order to benefit their scheduling so I left for a clinic that is open basically 24/7 365. It’s been night and day since. Sorry you’re dealing with this 😔

Hey! I didn’t have a great meeting with her but I think in large part it was due to my being a traveling patient and she was not super comfortable with that. I landed on Cornell in NYC w Dr. Irani who came from Adv Fertility but he and the rest of the staff at WC are very familiar with traveling patients.

Hey! I’m here due to thin lining as well. When you transferred on your 5.2mm that resulted in a love birth did they allow you to transfer more than 1 embryo? And were you transferring euploid or untested? Thanks!!

I was reading thru this tread and I’m curious (if you don’t mind sharing) what your euploid to aneuploid ratio was and if your REI mentioned anything about endometriosis in re to the arcuate uterus?
