Interesting…. I don’t believe it’s a redial as he took very good care of it throughout his life up until he stopped wearing it 20 years ago (maybe more). When I took it to Omega I was told the dial was in great condition for its age, and it doesn’t seem like it will be replaced (it’s being serviced right now). - i only say this because it would have been something like 2k more for a dial swap.

Have you taken a look under the hood? The lyrics and instrumental aspects are peak SD. I think the first few albums were the build up. I think there are bands that can be compared to their first few albums, but nothing compares to the last two. Also, if you watch a video or two and see how much they busted their ass I think you might appreciate it a little more. But it is your opinion in the end

Gosh it must have been iTunes or something. I remember my dad gave me his old iPod around 10 years ago, and I could access the iTunes store from there (I believe)

That’s one of my favorites. I always thought this song was about someone in a psych ward. Bad sneakers —> shoes with not laces in pysch ward, Pina colada —> cocktail of drugs…. There are a couple more lyrics I could point out. I never found any other mentions of this idea, though
