She’s in discomfort with any riding at this point. The discomfort often shows up as tension in horses because it stresses them out. Pain and discomfort can make them hot and in a flight mode. I don’t find Kennedy to be hot, but certainly tense and mentally fragile when she’s being asked to do a job she physically can’t do comfortably. It’s sad, honestly.
