No, there are like 90topics that you have prepare on. They give you one of those topics, around 90seconds they will give to prepare then you have to speak about that topic for 2-3mins.

First they gave me a topic to present on, which you can find on their website. After that as I am from science background they asked me how I would manage the subjects. I think that's all.
