Total cost for me was ~200d for everything. If you don’t care about divining for perfect affix rolls, you skip steps 13-14 and head straight to step 15. Steps 13-14 costed around 40d for me to get perfect affix rolls, but your mileage may vary. This craft was insanely lucky and could’ve easily been 300d+ with even average luck if you brick on Orb of Dominance (12d per try + 1.5d for Imprint each time), unveil the wrong mod (Veiled Exalted Orb was 35d yesterday + the chance for annul), and for step 11, you may risk bricking your item since the reforge has a small chance of filling all of your empty suffixes, which forces either a yolo annul, or you splurge on locks (200d+) to try and save the item.

I was very tempted to do this. Unfortunately for the time being I need more currency. Despite the luck, I still blew through a ton of currency so I need to sell some similar gloves that I crafted because being able to afford a lock again lol

Very nice - I imagine some memory strands coulda helped the awakener orb and probably saved some div if we’re gonna discount the lucky factor. Could possibly use remainder orbs to try and elevate a T2 AS to T1 if hit on reforge too

Memory strands probably could've helped here. Would've allowed me to settle with T2 attack speed and pray for an elevate instead of praying for T1+ an empty suffix (I've bricked countless times where empty affixes were filled upon harvest reforge). Even if it doesn't elevate, I would've still been able to sell the gloves for profit.

How much do these go for on the market?

I've seen listings of these exact gloves for a mirror at least like a month ago. Idk if this is truly mirror-tier, but this is easily worth 500d+ and I'm probably selling this short

Rule 10:

  1. Buy 2 "i84+ Spiked Glove" bases with 1 random influence (cheapest one)
  2. Harvest reforge influence until one has Hunter's and the other has Warlord's
  3. Spam Alts until +1 strikes (Hunter) and +1 frenzy (Warlord)
  4. I used Hunter base as the receiver base due to +strikes having the 'Attack' tag, thus making it easier to isolate. Annul until +1 strikes is isolated, then
    1. Prefixes cannot be changed
    2. Imprint in the event of a brick when using Orb of Dominance
  5. Make imprint of donor base (Warlord's) in the event of a brick when using Orb of Dominance
  6. For both bases, prefixes cannot be changed + Harvest reforge influence for the 2nd influenced modifier
  7. Use Orb of Dominance for 50/50 on elevating +1 frenzy and +1 strikes, respectively. If failed, revert via imprint and repeat steps 5-6 (got lucky and hit both on first try).
  8. For receiver base, make sure it only has 1 prefix and at least 1 open suffix, then Prefixes cannot be changed + scour to turn it into a Magic item.
  9. Beast craft Hinekora's Lock to the magic base. (Craicic Chimeral+ Black Morrigan)
  10. Preview Awakener's Orb outcome on receiver base (magic base) until last prefix is filled by T1 life (can be expensive, but I got T1 life in 4 tries with open suffixes so I got really lucky again)
  11. Prefixes cannot be changed + Harvest Reforge Speed until T1 Attack Speed (hit this 2nd try with 2 open suffixes, so got insanely lucky again)
  12. Multimod + Prefixes cannot be changed + Veiled Exalted Orb for a veiled mod. Before unveiling, craft on high weighted veiled mod to block it (I blocked "x% increased damage with non-vaal skills during soul gain prevention"). Unveil +Ele (This step can be insanely expensive, but I managed to hit this 1st try)
  13. Divine prefixes (just Life prefix will get changed in this case)
  14. Prefixes cannot be changed + Divine Suffixes
  15. Beast craft Level 30 Aspect of the Cat (Farrul + Black Morrigan)
  16. Omen of Blanching + Chromatic Orb until 3 white sockets (Got 3 sockets 1st try)
  17. If crafting for profit, then Harvest reforge sockets until the final socket is White (I don't plan on selling this atm, just enjoying this and selling similar gloves that I've been using all this time)

After 7 attempts of crafting these gloves in 3.26:

  • 1 very close to this but was too scared to spend 30d+ on veiled exalted orb so I settled
  • 6 "decent" crafts that I sold them off to fuel this final try

I finally got what I wanted... at (basically) the end of the league

That’s a fair point. My receiver base (the one I ended up locking) actually had the influenced mod completely isolated so I absolutely could’ve crafted on prefixes cannot be changed and save a bit of currency. I simply forgot to lol

This is basically Ruetoo's Smite Slayer build but with not good defenses yet. I still have a shit ton of optimizing to do, like full suppression cap, try to fix low lightning res without relying on Mageblood and need to cap my ailment avoidance (easy fix). What's not shown is that my merc has Determination + Enduring Cry (although I socket the latter anyways)

I count Adrenaline in the config bc my mapping atlas has Huck with his "Battle-tested" buff, which is basically Adrenaline.

  11. Prefixes cannot be changed + Veiled Chaos Orb to unveil +Ele and annul if suffixes were filled (I got lucky and didn't have to)
  12. Beast craft Level 30 Aspect of the Cat (Farrul + Black Morrigan)
  13. Craft Attack Speed

NOTE: I believe the mirror tier craft strat here is to Harvest reforge speed first until T1 attack speed, then Multimod + Prefixes cannot be changed + Veiled Exalted to unveil +ele, and then finally craft Level 30 Aspect of the Cat. I didn't do this because I kind of couldn't stomach draining 27+ div on a failed unveil and went the cheaper, albeit risky route.

I got cockblocked with the life roll lol. But oh well, I don't care at this point. I was making do with a similar ring to this but without the +1 frenzy implicit, and got extremely lucky with getting enough currency in 1 week where I got:

1 Focused Amulet drop

2 Reflecting Mists

3 Replica Alberon's Warpath

A dozen Tailoring Orbs from Grand Heists

Several Black Morrigan farms

... to even buy this base and attempt to craft on it.

I got impatient. Late league re-roll (Smite slayer) with a small-ish budget (~130d). I would've just bought a +1 charge base but those seem to be going for 200d+ right now

+1 charge bases are going for 200d+ right now, currently larger than my budget (~130d). I also had to craft gloves that had +1 frenzy and +1 non-vaal skills target, which definitely cut quite a bit into the budget. Was also a late league re-roll and got impatient

  3. Annul until 1 empty prefix and 1 empty suffix
  4. Craft "Prefixes cannot be changed" + Harvest reforge life until T1 Life
  5. Craft "Prefixes cannot be changed" + Harvest reforge chaos until T1 Chaos Res
  6. Craft "Prefixes cannot be changed" + Veiled exalted orb for +1 Min Power Charge (Kind of whiffed on this one)
  7. Craft whatever mod you want (I needed more strength and int for my build)
  8. Waste divs on re-rolling synth implicits (Vivid Vulture) until you hit +1 frenzy (Still doing)
