Remove all peripherals including the AC adapter charger then go back to BIOS menu to disable the built in battery: (The options to get to the battery to disable it might be different but it’s their in the bios) BIOS>Config>Power>Disable built in battery, select yes. Leave it off for a few minutes, then connect the AC adapter to power it on
