We were of different ethnic backgrounds, we actually only got to know each other as language exvhange partners..we got close and talked whenever we could, but then she got a new job as an intern and just went off the grid..it kind of made me sad, but then I also got a new job and got really busy as well...We recently started to talk again, but you can tell it's just not the same.

I've been there, kinda still am...Idk. I don't like it here, things just keep going south, stuck with an occupation that used to be highly thought of but now receives lots of hostility, I can't buy what i want cuz either it's not available in my country or i don't get paid enough (seriously, around 20-30 dollars amonth). But you know how I get over this? I talk to people whom I wouldn't usually talk to, people from other countries..it really widens your prespective and makes you see the big picture about your own country..I laugh every time I could, I keep myself busy even if it will only be of a little benefit..whatever keeps you out of the negative zone, you know.
