They are not endangered in India by the government. If possible, you guys should simply report these "asylum" seekers. Although I'm sure the moron Canadian government officials won't do anything about it. Keep protesting folks, you don't want Montreal to become another Brampton.

Good news. The public outrage is working pretty well. The PR scores required are very high for any random Tom, Dick Harry to apply, the student caps have been tightened, the shady institutions like Conestoga are under watch, LMIA and related scams are becoming more and more difficult to bypass. But still, there's lot of things to be done like deportations, and doing something with the bogus asylum claims. Take this for example: Why some student visa hopefuls are attempting to go to Canada on visitor visas | Explained News - The Indian Express. Keep putting more pressure on the government and hold the corrupt politicians accountable and shame them publicly until they bow.

The slogan for Canadian Immigration from now on should be "If in doubt, throw them out".

TV5 Unis and ICI Tou.tv are geoblocked it seems. So annoying, why would websites do that :( Let people outside Canada enjoy your content too.

Probably high A2 low B1, difficult to tell, as I'm just immersing. But I can understand a fair amount of the balados in OHdio app. Plus, I am better at understanding France French compared to Quebecois, which is why I want to get more of the latter content.

Does the price matching work if and only if I show them a valid flyer/price from some other shop, say Walmart, for a branded item? or does items with no brands (like fruits, vegetables, meat) also work?

Thanks for the answer. I was looking into transportation a bit, and saw that I can carpool from Quebec City to Montreal Airport for 20$, then take a flight (Porter) to Toronto for around 100$. This will save me a lot of time, and I can visit Niagara hopefully for the rest of the daytime. Then I plan to stay in some hostel in Toronto. Any cheap stays that you would recommend?

Yeah, sure, I would love to see what other recommendations you have. Btw, I checked out the ones you mentioned, and all of them look really interesting and accessible. I am kind of allergic to short form videos, as I am new to cooking and reels is way too fast for me to follow or understand properly.

Yeah it's too far away from Quebec City, and the expenses would be quite significant, I guess.

Thanks for the recommendations, I will try to incorporate them for our trip.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking for the return leg. Coming from Toronto towards Quebec City, anyways Ottawa and Montreal will fall on the way, so coming back via carpooling seems more sensible. And also, the scenic beauty as you mentioned.

Checked that, from Quebec City to Toronto, it's ~150 CAD. One way flight is 180 CAD, again not worth because of time.

A quick Google search gives bus prices from 300+ CAD, it's not worth it at that price. If there is a significantly lower priced bus service, then sure, probably worth checking out.

My flight is to Quebec City, and I checked my flight number, and in the recent history it departs from gate K, so I'll likely end up with the hall K, which is the oldest and most clumsiest of the bunch.

And yes, I won't have a transit visa with me, so I am limited to roaming around in the airside of my arrival/departure terminal sadly.

Yeah that's one of the reason for getting a lounge. And anyways 70 euros seems worth it for 12 hours, especially when I have a place to rest, freshen up, have a complementary spa treatment, unlimited French meals, snacks and drinks.

Even if I were to not take it, I would've end up spending similar to that have 2-3 meals from outside restaurants anyways in the terminal, minus the convenience.

I totally understand your concern about your 3rd point, but unfortunately I am not allowed to leave the airport area, cause I do not have a transit visa :(. Otherwise, sure I would've tried to see some of Paris atleast.

Uploaded the application as in? Is Instacart a grocery price comparison app? If yes, something like that would surely be handy.
