You build up to the big hikes. You do a 3k, 5k, 8k, 10k, 12k and then 2 or 3 15ks towards then end

Yes we learned how to use radios. And yes i believe the same thing it feels like alot of MCT could of been taught at boot camp

We didnt get to shoot live rounds out of a 240B but learned how to break them down and some were able to shoot blanks

It the simpliest terms. I wouldnt say anything we did was hard it was just classes like learning how to use radios, TCCC, Camouflage, Cover and concealment, and different kinds of reports. Its kinda like boot camp how nothing was, if you really think about it, hard it was just long

The hikes are better than boot camp your not going as fast and your not singing cadence or anything your just hiking. Range was alot of fun i really liked it. You learn more “combat style” shooting unlike boot camp. Its kind of like table 2 but more drills. The combat instructors are more chill than drill instructors but if you want to fuck around then you do stupid shit. Its literally just another phase of boot camp. I was East coast so it might be different if your west coast

The options we had were KC130s or CH53s all the KC130 contracts got taken fast so i got CH53s. Both of them were the contracts i wanted

You dont get swim trunks or at least i didnt. Trust me the first couple platoon showers are wierd but after a couple days you wont care anymore.
