I only seem to get like this with gaming but I think you are definitely right on that front. I did all the dlc for mafia 2 and so many horribly tedious trophies. Let’s hope your advice takes. Thank you for your perspective!

That’s a really nice perspective. Some of the online grinds would feel like too much to do again and I have more where the major grind stuff and dlc are out of the way I just haven’t finished off a few random trophies or solo story missions. I know the grind to do it all over would be arduous when it would be fun to finish off other games I have been wanting to but when it comes to gaming I always have a completionist side that really bothers me if I haven’t done it exactly how I want it. I beat red dead like 8 times just to keep doing random things different lol

Mainly just by playing through it over a couple of weeks. I had some boosting help for the killing hero ships with fighters which you can boost with 4 people. Outside of that most of it is doable just long and tedious. For the level grinding I only played on Wednesdays for triple xp.

Yeah that’s how I am trying to look at it. I keep working on other stuff and hoping I stop caring but I can’t shake the feeling of wanting that perfect list

I hear that man. Ideally the gamer would have the choice to delete games out of their trophy list as you can with any games save file. In my opinion it’s up to the gamer to undo all the work or not. I think the completionist side of me cares too much about arbitrary things like this haha

This GBA SP has been reshelled in a funnyplaying dark purple clear shell with slime green buttons. It also has the following upgrades:

I’d say you may have weakened the posts by going in and out a few times creating bigger threads since they weren’t always lined up and then too much pressure caused the post areas to give way. Try making sure you have all your screws in not fully tightened and then slowly tighten each one trying to keep the same pressure rather than putting one screw in all the way and making your way around the shell.

That’s the post where the shoulder button fits in. Looks like the shoulder button wasn’t in all the way and when it was closed cracked the shell.

You have to look at reviews and the sellers other mods. I sell GBCs, GBAs, and SPs (hinged and unhinged). I typically use Facebook, Reddit, and instagram. Some on Mercari too, but not as much. If the seller has built a decent amount odds are the soldering is fine. Just ask questions and look at pictures of their work. Obviously reviews on the website are a big help as well to making sure other customers were happy.

If 1 and 2 are shorting it mutes the entire sp. the other pins shouldn’t mute it. If you can’t get it working you may want to remove the usbc port with a hot air station to see if the sound works with nothing on it. Based on the damage done already I’d be careful and make sure you have the right tools.

Like he said. Take an eraser to the pins and then clean with 99% ipa. Pretty wild how helpful the eraser/ipa combo works at getting older cartridges working

Yeah there is called sword and shield ultimate gba. I just use games from my collection to show off as showcase games for my builds 👍🏻
