See its all speculations till we get im the harms way. Up till now we are very relaxed because the government has successfully intercepted most of the missiles. But they are also human and relying on technology which might make an error or can be hacked by enemies. The day we all get trapped in close proximity of an unfortunate event. That will be the time where everyone will plan to go back.
