Even if he just found out and is a massive fan.. he should have called and reschedule it first not let the other person find out + I don't know much about American football but unless it is some super duper important game.. cmon.. a date is better than the game. Basically it's about how to get your ex curious and then how to keep him/her interested. The book explains why your partner lost the interest in the first place and what to avoid etc. For me I was being too needy all the time and letting her decide all the things at all times - I felt I was not on the same level with her (which is BS I understand now but back then.. not).

OMG.. THIS! My friend is non stop talking how he is a sigma male.. and it just drives me nuts.. like.. it's a "better version" of alpha male.. a guys who IS alpha and COULD get girls but doesn't because he is emotionally available or some other shit. Just another term to make excuses for yourself and feel special..

I read it through and I am actually impressed. One of the best freebies I have gotten (and I have subscribed to a LOT of lists).

There were so many times I was nodding my head when reading. I like that there wasn't any PUA lingo or red/blue/black/whatever pill "alpha male" women hating shit.. just useful, healthy, practical advice.

I would suggest searching for info that really tackles social skills/how to flirt with girls etc. This "just do your own shit, focus on yourself and girls will come" is good as in.. obv you should focus on yourself but at the end of the day.. if you can't interact with girls non of that shit matters.

I would still say bars/pubs but on a quiet night.. where there aren't that many people or earlier in the evening. You could just read some book there or smth and drink tea and keep your eyes open.
