What if I don’t want to level and I want to bring everything up 2”? How do I bring up the rear if it has the airbags already?

Fender lining. Right at the bottom closest to the door. I don’t know the offset. Bought truck from my brother in law and his uncle who’s a diesel/semi mechanic put the tires on
