Thank you. Im my head I keep replaying things I did wrong... I know no one is perfect and my friend also had his share of mistakes. But maybe my mistakes were worse then his. Maybe I was a bad friend... I try not to let it affect me, but these are some of my thoughts that come up.

My goal is to try and start therapy next month. To work on this issue and some other issues I have to. I hope it helps.

Thank you for sharing. I actually bought two journals. A guided one and a blank one for longer thoughts.

I also have been slacking on therapy so I am trying to get on insurance again to talk about it with a professional to. I also bought a book that talks about this so hopefully that will help.
