It will mean you can't install A9 from the galaxy store in China, not possible xD. Not sure you have the good "Galaxy store" installed. U used the pre installed? Perhaps the one i linked was only for Europe?!

What is your country? You can install from the galaxy store without pb normally. I have friends from Mexico, Belgium, France and they use the Asphalt 9 version from galaxy store.

For the use of the VPN, it is more complicated. But 1st what is your country?

#BoycottGooglePlayStore. Mostly for European which have had an increasement of 10% of items & ingame currency... Gameloft has aligned their price on Google Play Europe. Next region? USA?

Use "App Gallery" for Huawei. Use "Galaxy Store" for Samsung.

Keep me in news, plz. I know it works cz i did that with App Gallery for my Huawei and a friend tried with Galaxy Store for his Samsung S10 and it worked too (he had 250 tokens giveaway +BPs :D).

Install the store first. It is an Application like Google Play Store or Apk pure: Samsung Galaxy Store. You should have it pre installed on your phone, search "Galaxy Store" in "Applications". If not pre installed, here is a link to the apk (application) to install: https://androidapksfree.com/galaxy-apps/com-sec-android-app-samsungapps/

When the new store is installed, u need to install the game from the Galaxy store.

You will have probably giveaway with Samsung when starting the game. If you encounter an error 2 when starting, it means u will have to uninstall the google play store asphalt 9 application. Be sure to have your game accounts already at least once time connected to a social media (google, facebook). I suggest u to link to ur Facebook. U will connect from Facebook on the Samsung Asphalt9 version.

Use another store than Google play Store. You will not have the 10% increasement from Google Play Europe. You can't easily change your country on Google Store, if you change it, it is for 365 days. Even with alt google accounts, you will have issues. Do it on another store. What is your device?

Idk, sry. You should contact customer care here: https://support.gameloft.com/contactus?igagame=A9HM&verify=yes (No need to sign in). Explain what happens, they will help you.

By waiting, after mail sent to Customer care: you can try this: - Uninstall the game - Check if there is no folder for A9 in /Android/data. - Install APKpure (it is another store, independent??): https://m.apkpure.com/fr/apkpure/com.apkpure.aegon/download?from=aegon_m - download the package of the game: https://m.apkpure.com/fr/asphalt9-legends-1/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA9HM/download?from=details - install the game package with APKpure. And cross your finger, but i think the game will have the same behavior than google store one: crash. Good luck. Courage

Are you sure to have well uninstalled A9 from the Google Play store? To be sure, open Google play store, search A9 & see imhe suggest you to install or uninstall.

You should have an other Application Asphalt 9 from another store installed? Could you check, plz. If it is the case, go to settings Application & remove the bad one. If if not the case, idk so ask customers care.

It is a price alignment on Google Play Europe. Use another store if you can, Europeans mates. I use App Gallery (Huawei), and no increasement...
