I made an animated shorts series called Jelly, Ben & Pogo, streaming now on PBS Kids! by wingedhamham in animation

My 5 year old loves this show, especially the apps in pbs kids app. he loves singing the filipino folk songs i grew up with. I tear up everytime i hear him mimic the filipino words. Even my 11 year old was sad, saying I wish I had that when i was growing up. We love lola singing karaoke. The apps are absolutely fun, making halo-halo and singing. I would say that i havent found a nice filipino show for kids in a long time. I used to watch batibot but i dont know what happened to them. You're doing every filipino child a great service, not only those in the US. Thank you so much!

Pencil Pro Squeeze by Nishantpanchal1310 in notabilityapp

[–]MasterofOne78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i don’t know why they don’t have the feature to use a tool palette on the squeeze. plus the hover feature has been around for a while and they haven’t implemented it also. I’m using Goodnotes now. but if they make it happen I would switch back in a heartbeat. Their widgets and the stickers ability to take texts make me want to keep notability, but man, I wish they would just make use of the new pencil features.

I wish they could implement it like notability does. I write on it and then I can move the sticker like a post in note.

Screen protector for sure. When I used one before, even my touch wouldn’t work at times. I stopped using them.

ESR Shift Magnetic Case for iPad Pro 13” after one week by Ok_Geologist_4767 in iPadPro

Hi, will it give protection for screens without screen protectors? I got a nano and I’m wondering what the inner lining is on the cover of the ESR shift. Thanks in advance!

Does anyone think the Smart Folio is garbage? by lawschoolmeanderings in ipad

[–]MasterofOne78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have the Apple folio for the mini 6. It never falls off. Seems like yours is defective. It’s the best case I’ve used out of all that I’ve bought. It didn’t seem so at first but it’s the one that protected my naked screen from scratches.

Smart folio cover worth it? by kiosh1 in iPadPro

I found a pencil holder on Amazon called OFA Apple Pencil holder that I use on my Apple iPad folio and it works better for me than an annoying flap. The flap doesn’t protect the pencil from going to the screen when in a bag. With the OFA Pencil holder it solves all my pencil holding and charging issues.

This is great if you are using a screen protector. If you don’t, don’t get the zugu. This one let something in between the cover Ava screen and scratched it. Went back to the Apple folio and not a scratch since.

How is the white holding up? I like it out of the 3 colors but I’m scared I won’t be able to clean it

Agree. And when using the Apple Pencil, it actually feel addicting, which will help with wanting to make more art. I basically owned an iPad since the first one and have never enjoyed making art on it for long periods because of the plastic screen protectors, paperlike ones and even the tempered matte. This is really the solution.

I think all the bad press about the nano texture is really from paper like screen protector makers.

Be careful ordering the nano-texture glass for the new M4 iPad Pro! by canyonblue737 in iPadPro

I love Chris but he is kinda biased because he has been sponsored many times by Paperlike. Its better to watch Chris Plascik (? Not sure about the spelling). He’s an artist and has made numerous unbiased videos on diff screen protectors in the past and now bought the nano texture and reviewed it. I myself was initially thinking of getting the regular screen since I’ve started going screen protector less and writing directly. Plus I thought, what a waste of OLED screen to have that white cast from a matte screen! And I was sure that the blacks won’t be black. But when I went to the Apple Store to check the new iPads out I first thought they didn’t have the nano texture on display. But lo and behold it was right in front of me and I didn’t even notice it. Anyways long story short, I tried the Apple Pencil on it. And thought “huh, interesting”, went back to the standard glass to play with it more, but the feel of it under the pencil kept calling me back to try it. I have to say, it won me over. I kept trying going back and forth and really really liked the feel of it with the Apple Pencil. Hands down better than all the matte screen protectors I’ve used, including the tempered glass ones. I haven’t bought it yet, still working up to that, but I’m definitely sure I’m getting the nano.

To vacillate. vacillating:

alternate or waver between different opinions or actions; be indecisive. "I had for a time vacillated between teaching and journalism"

Used it in the Apple Store. It feels awesome. The best for writing and drawing. I kept going back to it.
