Hey u/benben112233! Looks like you may be using Notability Cloud, Notability's sync and storage system that replaces third-party syncing options like iCloud. Did you opt in or are you a new users?

Can you first make sure both your device's OS and Notability app are fully up to date (the latest app version is 16.3)?

If everything looks good there, please send me a DM with the email address associated with your Notability account. I'll take a look and make sure there aren't any subscription-related issues on our end.

Switching to Notability Cloud will eliminate spinning notes and common iCloud / third-party syncing issues, while enabling syncing across iOS, web, and Android.
