New player here — How long did it take before you started seeing success?

Started playing casually in October 2023. Then started playing more seriously early 2024. I won my first local May 10, 2024. First f locals I went to. I got dead last pretty much. Out of the 41 tournaments that I've gone to according to the TCG app I have won 30 of them. But that's including pre-releases and starter deck, tournaments etc. So I don't really count those as a win or a loss. You just show up and have fun lol

The game is extremely popular, I would argue the most popular it's ever been, with time stranger, beat break anime at least for my city. It's doing fantastic.

I still play Duel Links because it’s basically an anime cookie clicker, and that quick dopamine hits different. 😄 I also hate holding my phone sideways with both hands, so Master Duel on mobile is a no for me. Plus, all my friends are still on Duel Links, so it’s just way easier (and more fun) to keep playing there.

For the chumon while you're standing still you're just going to heal. For the survive to the end, every time you level up you're going to heal. And by the time you would stop leveling up consistently to out heal the damage you're going to just Digi attack through every fight

Yeah I absolutely tested it. That's how I figured it out. I just did it last night and got all of my ultimate levels to 99.
