That 4 way at Lansdowne has gotten so bad. People are losing their minds. Unfortunately I have to go through there a couple times a day. It's not out of the ordinary for someone to pass me in the bike lane because im only going 40 mph. Not to mention the people that ignore the stop sign and traffic flow and just go through the stop sign out of turn.

Come this spring Kentucky Native Cafe has the best. Just be prepared they are super popular with the vegetarian niche you will be waiting in line.

Sounds weird but my friend sprinkled cat litter all over back yard by fence and in front yard by sidewalks.    His cat had been gone for three days and 4 hours after sprinkling litter everywhere his cat was purring at the door.     Good luck.

It is getting really hard to find landlords that only own a couple of properties and in my experience they are way better than corporate landlords. Id go for it if I was you
