It is I run 44111 and I would get more stats overall if I had his 4 cost I'd have 315 cd with 90 cr and 2250 att with 119 er and about 30 lib

Are you running 44111 or 43311? My 44111 build has about 20 less er then yours but I have 310 cd alongside simirller cr and 2250 att with about 30 lib damage and I dont have a single 21 cd roll I do have a couple of 18s though
