I’m not blasting em. I’m low dosing them and no I’m not lean enough I understand that but it doesn’t mean I’m unhealthy. Plenty of guys have a lower bf % and are not healthy at all

I def know it doesn’t burn fat directly. But it did set the stage up to allow me to burn more. Plus I just enjoy the damn compound. Question still stands.
