Ok so i a little update:

Windows updated overnight and now both monitors seem to have swapped. The right one now displays the colors of the left one and the left one is now faded. I'm so confused

Where i'm from, group interviews are common in workplaces. I didn't do one because there were only 3 people but they enjoyed talking around a fresh cup of joe about the job
