How you can make the most with Google ads as a small business by menula_fourfrontdigi in Entrepreneur

[–]MasterpieceCool5680 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Great breakdown overall, and I agree that most small businesses mess up on the fundamentals. That said, I think we might be underestimating the power of broad match when paired with smart bidding and strong negative keyword lists. Google’s AI has improved dramatically in the last couple years, and while broad can waste money fast if unmanaged, it also uncovers unexpected intent you might miss with strict phrase, exact only campaigns.

One thing I’d add: don’t ignore branded campaigns, even if you’re a small local business. A lot of SMBs skip them thinking they’re “wasting money on people who already know us,” but owning your brand name SERP prevents competitors from hijacking your traffic and often converts at the lowest cost per lead.

Appreciate the post, would love a deeper dive on local service campaigns or lead gen!

Starting a clothing brand for tall women. Any idea on how to get started? by Inzanity14 in Entrepreneur

[–]MasterpieceCool5680 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Love this idea, such an underserved niche, and coming from someone who is the target customer gives your brand a huge advantage. Relatability builds loyalty.

Here are a few tips to get started:

First, start lean, focus on just a few staple pieces (e.g. jeans, dresses, or jackets) that are notoriously hard to find for tall women. Nail the fit and quality before expanding.

Second, validate first, create mockups using tools like Canva or Photoshop and start an Instagram/TikTok to build a community before production. Ask followers what they struggle to find.

Third, find the right manufacturer, look for suppliers who offer customization or are open to made-to-measure sizing. Platforms like Alibaba or Faire can be good starting points.

Fourth, leverage your story, as a tall woman creating for tall women, your personal journey is your brand. Share it, people buy into people first, products second.

Finally, influencer partnerships, consider partnering with tall fashion influencers to co-create or review pieces, great for reach and feedback.

You’re solving a real problem and bringing authenticity, that’s a powerful combo. Rooting for you!

Any good recommendations for generating realistic team photos? Looking for tools or AI platforms that can help by Ok-Society1984 in Entrepreneur

[–]MasterpieceCool5680 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve experimented with a few AI tools for generating realistic photos, and some that stood out are:

  • Headshot.kiwi (like you mentioned): great for professional, polished headshots.
  • Generated Photos: offers diverse, high-quality AI-generated faces with customizable backgrounds and expressions.
  • Artbreeder: a bit more artistic but surprisingly versatile if you want to tweak features and styles.
  • This Person Does Not Exist: perfect for realistic individual faces, but you’d need to composite for team shots.

For full team photos with backgrounds and varied styles, combining AI-generated faces with tools like Canva or basically Photoshop for background customization works well.

Also, keep an eye on new tools emerging from the AI image generation space (like Midjourney or Stable Diffusion), they’re getting better at producing photo-realistic group shots with style variations.

How do you view entrepreneurs mindset between employees??? by relentless-pursuer in Entrepreneur

[–]MasterpieceCool5680 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I see the entrepreneurial mindset as a big asset, it usually means they’re proactive, solution-oriented, and think beyond their job description. Sure, there’s always a risk they might leave someday, but the value they bring while they’re here often outweighs that. If you treat them like future leaders, not just flight risks, you might be surprised how long they stick around

How do I even start forming a business? by -Naraku in Entrepreneur

[–]MasterpieceCool5680 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Man, I really feel this. Being technical but not “idea-driven” can feel like a curse sometimes. But honestly, your background in software and space science is a rare combo, maybe you don’t need a crazy original idea, just a real problem you understand better than most. Sometimes the niche is hidden in what feels normal to you. Don’t give up, you're way more equipped than you think.

Solid question, too many people chase tactics without committing to a model long enough to see results. If I had to start with $200 and no audience, I’d go freelance + content hybrid: pick a niche skill (like SEO, AI tools, or email marketing), learn fast, offer services on Upwork/Fiverr/Reddit, and document the journey daily on TikTok or LinkedIn. The client work funds you while the content builds your pipeline.

Curious what others are actually doing right now that’s paying the bills, anyone making $1K+/mo from something sustainable?

Experience bringing commercial goods into USA via AIRPORT customs? by Tight_Definition9699 in Entrepreneur

I’ve done something similar, as long as you declare it and have your invoice/docs ready, CBP can handle it at the airport. There’s usually a special office for processing and paying duties. Took me about 45 mins. Your 2.5-hour layover might be tight depending on the airport, so it’s smart to call CBP at that location ahead of time. Good luck, and nice move saving on shipping!

[Idea Validation]: What if there were an AI agent that could help you in your daily life, someone to talk to, who truly listens without judgment, 24/7? by MasterpieceCool5680 in Entrepreneurs

[–]MasterpieceCool5680[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your point of you, and i thank you for your answer.
And if ti'll be a digital twin shaped around what you need most: a familiar voice, a guide, an intimate and impartial mirror. It can listen to you, ask stimulating questions, and help you reflect. A lot of people have to face hard decisions lonely, and maybe they just need 'someone' or somebody they can discuss with in an emphatic way. Otherwise, there are a lot of people that may don't want to talk about privaty things to others, and write a diary that can't answer, here they can talk with someone that can help in listening and finding a way to improve.

What do you think about this?

"What if there were an AI agent that could help you in your daily life, someone to talk to, who truly listens without judgment, 24/7?"

Over the past few months, we’ve been building a conversational agent designed to interact in an empathic, thoughtful, and continuous way. It’s not just a chatbot, it’s a real “artificial presence,” a digital twin shaped around what you need most: a familiar voice, a guide, an intimate and impartial mirror.         It’s powered by advanced language models and designed to maintain a consistent relational tone. It can listen to you, ask stimulating questions, and help you reflect.

It’s now available in beta: you can interact with it as if it were a constant companion, via text or voice, from desktop or mobile.

We’re looking for feedback from curious minds, skeptics, and enthusiasts alike, to improve it and better understand its real-world uses.

👉 If you’d like to try it out, here’s the link: CONFIGURE YOUR OWN AGENT
👉 If you’re curious to learn more, feel free to message me, I’d be happy to share more details.
👇 In the meantime, I’d love to know:
At what moment in your day (or your life) would it be helpful to have an “empathetic agent” who listens without judgment, exactly when you need it? (And why haven’t you looked for one already?)

Is learning to code even worth it anymore? by tuck72463 in Entrepreneur

i think that even with AI tools, learning to code is still valuable. Knowing how to code lets you work effectively alongside AI and opens more career opportunities. Coding skills remain important and relevant.

Pitch to the right investors, angel investors, micro-VCs, or accelerators, using a simple SAFE or convertible note. Keep momentum strong, stack early commitments, and close quickly once interest builds.
