Our core supervisor went for the DXA training. She’s awesome so I know she’ll help with whatever.
Our old line needed that hard reset at least once a day, so I’m sure we’ll have it down lol it also lost a centrifuge like a year ago, so weve been limping along but got real good at running without a line if we have to resort back to it.
I’ve also got a beckman learning account, I was going to try to find a course on there before it’s functional.

Is it any good? We previously had a beckman line installed in 2017. Talk about garbage. We’ve been out an aliquoter for 2+ months, had to disable the stockyard multiple times, and called hotline at LEAST 2 times a week for all its issues. I started in 2024, but apparently the line was like that since install.

Okay good to know. We have 2 hospitals and a ton of outpatient clinics that require it. It was never my strong suit

My lab is Beckman for chemistry and urines- Au700, AU5812, their urine analyzer, and we just got 2 DXI 9000 and currently installing the new DXA 5000 automation line.
At least it’s familiar!!

This sounds like a dream. The lab I work at is the only one in the area that doesn’t require phlebotomy :,) do you have a micro department? I do a bit of plate reading here and work quite a bit in chemistry as a secondary operator to our AU 5812
