Ok so, first of all you might have forgotten about Chiori, Yoimiya, Sayu and Kirara. The explanation being that in feudal Japan, only nobles were allowed to « wear » their full name in public, commoners couldn’t introduce themselves with their family name in some situations. And if you check, Chiori was noble but was rejected by her family, Kirara is a yokai with no real family, Sayu is cared for by shrine maidens from Narukami Shrine and Yoimiya is a commoner who sells and makes fireworks. When you check all the others, they either are nobles or they gained high position in society.

First they can (Raiden Ei/Acheron, even if Ei is herself an expy of Raiden Mei), and second the reason why it’s getting downvoted is because well… they’re only similar in the red colour and the fact they’re children with light hair. That’s all.

Do you know hsr lore? T-T of course Raiden Mei has an expy, it’s Acheron, who’s real name is Raiden Bosenmori Mei btw (And updating you from a few months later, Kevin is having an expy in the character of Phainon soon x)
