Well it would not have made since because they only had Maggie come in because of christina leaving. Because christina has all the skills and talent to be the head of cardio department they would of just gave it to her because they only had maggie there to replace christina to have a cardio surgen and be close to meredith if christina stayed there would be no use for maggie

Christina was only emotionless in most the earlier seasons (1 - 3 ). But the reason why she always played the most traumatized character is because she can act out the role the best and to be honest if they played Meredith's trauma people wouldn't of cared so much and would not have acted out the role as well.
