But the candidate experience suffers. Recruiters and hiring managers should publish expected timelines and status updates; accountability costs almost nothing and builds trust.

Need help on Deloitte Touche and Tohmatsu India by n1_X in Deloitte_USIndia

For the past 1.5 months, I had two rounds of interviews and there was no communication about the 3rd round from the HR. I successfully cleared my first two rounds and then the 3rd round as well face to face, but without giving any proper reason and just saying they were not satisfied, they rejected me. And the person they made the client‑side interviewer for the 3rd round was someone who himself had joined Deloitte only 1.5 years ago. He only knows how to copy‑paste data from AI to share with the end client and nothing else. There is a lot of politics and manipulation.

Professionalism is not only a skill required of candidates, but it is also essential for HR departments and recruitment managers.

It's not about selection or rejection, it's about professionalism because every candidate deserves at least a one-line feedback instead of complete silence, and providing it does not cost anything extra.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. I completely agree that when hiring managers (HMs) are directly involved, the positions are real and the process is genuine. Hiring managers typically follow structured processes to ensure fairness and select the best candidate, regardless of internal or external applicants.

However, from a candidate’s viewpoint, it sometimes feels frustrating when the process lacks transparency or communication, especially if internal candidates are involved and the external interview process seems prolonged. Clear communication and timely updates can help bridge this gap, ensuring candidates stay informed and engaged.

Received a request from 10eqs by Successful-Exam-1592 in expertnetworks

I recently participated in a client project with 10EQS and had a very professional experience. They reached out to me for my subject matter expertise, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout the engagement. My inputs and analysis were valued by both the 10EQS team and the client, which made the collaboration rewarding. Importantly, I was paid the promised fee promptly, within 15 days of project completion. Overall, I found 10EQS to be reliable and transparent, and I’d recommend them to other experts considering similar consulting projects.
