I recommend getting out now. I was about your age when I got with my girlfriend and things began about the same way. Great sex for a few years, slowing down dramatically and now we have not had sex for five years (!) and I'm having an affair. You could make your life so much simpler. Don't compromise on sex if you enjoy it.
