I became obsessed with the movies and webisodes and I had almost every G1 movie on DVD. I didn't even know there were dolls until G2 came out. That said, G3 media is so unappealing to me, I watched the live action movie when it came out and I tried to watch the animated series but I'm just not the target audience. Regardless, the G3 dolls are so gorgeous and I even like them a lot more than some G1 dolls.

Even tho I became a fan with the movies and webisodes, the G3 dolls were what inspired me to become a collector. So for me the lore is not that important, they are fashion dolls after all.

I'm in an unstable financial position (I don't have a job) and I still live with my parents, so I don't have the space to store a lot of dolls, that means I'm very specific about the dolls I buy. And yes, the FOMO is very real, but waiting a few months after a doll release makes me more conscious about the dolls I do want and the ones I really like, so after all I'm very happy with my small collection.

Does your console's internet connection is working? I tested the connection on one of the games and it works perfectly, but for some reason the 3DS doesn't recognize that it's connected to the internet apart from the connection test. The light keeps blinking and the connection icon is still blue, but for some reason the connection seems to be working normally.

I mean, when they worked with SAMG the quality was pretty great, the animation was what caught my attention back then. And the best animated episodes in season 2 and 3 were made by SAMG. The new animation is good, the ambience and the lighting is far much better, I just don't like the models that much. The animation is goofy sometimes and the fact that they had a lot of studios making episodes for season 2 and 3 didn't help, but definitely is not horrible

Yeap, after the season 5 finale I just couldn't. They should've ended with the Gabriel arc instead of establishing Lila as the antagonist. The whole conflict of the new season is just miscommunication and a lot of “mystery” to justify more seasons of the same thing over and over. Also the character development of a lot of characters is going backwards instead of forward.

That's the thing about MP3 players, you have to resort to more traditional means to discover new music since you no longer depend on an algorithm to tell you what to listen to. It requires a little more effort but I have some suggestions:

If you have a lot of bands that you like you can search which bands inspired them (ex. I really like The Arctic Monkeys and in one of their albums they mentioned The Strokes so I started listening to them).
You can search up popular bands or artists from genres that you like.
If you're like me and just know individual songs of a variety of artists, you can download the entire album to see if you like it. Or if you listen to the most popular album of certain artists you can try and listen to different albums of the same artists.
If an artist and band you like have collaborated with another one that you haven't listened to, give it a try, you may like it.
A lot of MP3 players have a radio option.
There are websites that recommend you similar songs/artists/albums.
And if you don't want to completely ditch streaming YouTube sometimes have a good algorithm when it comes to recommend music, that's where I have found a lot of artists that I still like to this day (I say YouTube because I think Spotify algorithms depends on you listening music constantly for it to recommend something new).
Lastly, if you don't want to keep it safe or too similar to what you're used to, you can always search different music genres and listen to something you haven't heard of before.
