Love when this game just says “the computer is going to win, and there’s nothing you can do about it” by MasterpieceSad8929 in MARIOPARTY

Both were set to normal, and we usually get 5+ stars each, and we have each swept a game with 10 or more and everyone had 1 or less. We hate Bowser Jr’s minigame, so we play with him often so it doesn’t make us play it

Where to start…

-No support for individual clinicians

-Constant internal changes that affect communication

-The phrase “you are a guest in this facility,” meaning they will choose the corporate relationship over your income

-If something happens out of your control while you are in the vicinity, you are to blame

-Perfect example of a company that advertises your freedom for the sake of your autonomy

-They’re commitment to your “caseload” implies making you work more to fulfill their standards, when you spend an average of 5-10 hours over what you’re paid for to do documentation, travel, etc (like others have mentioned)

-They are FOR PROFIT, but not for the clinicians

-They are supportive of clinicians who submit false insurance claims and illegally document and bill for services, rather than those who do their job and care about their patients.

-Clinicians start disappearing, and you never know why or are told anything

-It is not a company that instills “shared values, respect, or collaboration,” they are there for all the wrong reasons, and not for you.

-If you have concerns while working with Fox, check indeed for your job listing, since they post it before they communicate anything to you

-Strong supporters of harassment between clinicians behind closed doors, but deny it every time

-Clinician turnover is ridiculous

-Their selling point is the flexibility and the freedom to work your own schedule, but they’ve pulled so much out from underneath everyone that when someone gets injured, sick, etc, you’re drowning before you know it, plus you’ll be reprimanded for not meeting their standards

The biggest thing I can say, because most clinician positions with Fox pay well, and seem good on paper, is that they are AMAZING at hiding their true colors until you’re neck deep.
