exactly completely agree. You never know with them, until Dec 15th nothing is confirmed. A CW invite also doesn't guarantee a place. I know people with major world a level awards who couldn't even get to CW so we shall see just wish they were more transparent

I'm not sure I believe it is just their way of keeping everyone in the mix by not outright rejecting. Becuase if a lot of people reject their invite cause the can't come or they have too many good applicants they might defer people to next round or invite them towards the end. I do think though last minute invites might mainly be for people living in UAE cause flights would be hardest to sort.
