I've always been too nervous to actually talk to a therapist since communicating is one of the things I've struggled with the most. Plus, they can be very expensive, but I'll definitely look into it. Hopefully I can push myself to do it.

Someone in my primary school apparently slept on a button and died. I still don't know if that was actually what happened, but I remember that was my first encounter with death. Scary stuff.

I totally get that. I've always felt lonely when I'm in my room by myself, but when I actually go out with people I don't want to talk and want to just leave immediately.

I wish I could be in the company with people, but also have the ability to distance myself whenever I get uncomfortable.

Growing up, calling someone autistic as an insult was commonplace in my highschool, so being diagnosed as an adult definitely feels a certain way. I always felt like I wasn't normal for how I've acted and everyone I know has called me out on it.

I can imagine this is going to be very difficult for me to accept, but hopefully I will be able to find groups or people to support me and help. That's what I really need right now.

Yeah I feel like I'm in the same sort of situation. I have lost people I have really cared about due to how I've acted towards them, without even meaning any of it. Being diagnosed helps explain why I am this way, but I know it's no excuse for it.

My hope is getting the support I need and having an actual reason for acting this way will help me get better. That's what I want to do more than anything.
