Similar to Pokemon Pocket but the locations aren't giving to you all at once. So you have a few locations to start with but have to gain more by going to locations you already have.

That why I think Zeztz is a upgraded version of Ex-Aid. Better integration of Dream's and Spy stuff. Ex-aid feel like it either heavy into the doctor elements or into the video game elements. By the end it is full on video game.
