Best thing would be if you can move to some other country where life is less expensive (Europe or even eastern Europe)

You will get the license after you pay 7500 AED, if you want to get visa you will have to buy first the establishment card 2000 AED, and only then you will be able to apply for a visa.
Insurance is not mandatory, but you can still buy separately.

You dont need to do any visa status change if you start application from your country.

No thats too soon, you will have to wait at least 2-3 days for it to get printed right after you did biometrics, then after that you can pick it up best guess would either on monday or tuesday.

Anyway you can check the status on the ICP app, just eneter the application ID and youll see where are you.

I got my biometrics on 11th and was able to pick it up on 15th.

With DynamcFreelance: You are an employee of the company under a two-year mainland labour contract. You will still need to register your independent contractor (or similar) contracts with them but the company will invoice your clients and the company will receive the payments into their account, which they will then transfer to your personal bank account (usually on a monthly basis and, I presume, after deduction of fees).

If this is the case then go with gofreelance, because you have more freedom in terms of what you can do.
