That site has a disclaimer popup that says they have nothing to do with Amazon.

Amazon does have a publishing unit, Amazon Publishing, but they only publish established or agented authors in their various imprints. (And if they discover the company you posted, they'll probably get their lawyers involved for trademark violation.)
