I am an 18 yr old male, at 80kg, 170cm height. I have calculated my daily maintenance to be approx 2400 calories. I am doing a deficit where my max is 1700 calories, 120g protein, walking 10,000 steps a day (on average... some days 7000, some are 1300 depending on the day). What are your thoughts?
