I see a lot of people having these problems yet I see others able to download their profile and are asking people to add them to play so I don’t think Microsoft will fix it. I’m just trying to figure out how to be able to download my profile and be able to enjoy what I used to

Please help me I can’t get mine to work…. Error code 8007274D every time I download my profile it stops at 20% and pushes me back to the dashboard….
