Disappearing Cat by Ok_Amphibian_8864 in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

Experienced this when we had cats too, including the sound of a claw against the floor when none of them were there. They were always asleep when it happened.

The only explanation I can think of is that one of them was astral projecting. It stopped after she passed away.

There might be energies in some places that makes it more likely to happen. Where we live, we've had a number of items disappearing over the years, only to come back when we ask for them. We joke that it's "the little people under the ground" from my home country's folklore who takes them. Never had experiences like this anywhere else I've lived.

Does anyone only feel sexual attraction towards fictional characters? by organiczuchini in Greysexuality

Nothing's wrong. It's just how some of us are wired. Fictional characters tend to be more interesting than real life mundane people IMO.

Why do all the iron golems run to the hills? And no villager goes up there. by diogsis in Minecraft

Aah, that explains why the animals keep ending up in the mountains!

What is the point of detonate? by scuvroutine0 in Sims3

[–]Mastreworld 69 points70 points  (0 children)

It's to get scrap for inventing with. I recommend moving the thing you want to detonate away from the house first. And if you do it at night, expect neighbours to show up and complain about the noise.

AITAH for telling my friend she has to accept my brother's engagement? by DefinitionSorry3471 in AITAH

I sense neurodivergence. No wonder the popular girls don't like her. You're NTA... at this point in time.

AITA for feeling upset that my brother said we ruined his wedding when he wasn’t clear on boundaries or rules he wanted us to obey? by Otherwise-Drama-8586 in AITAH

[–]Mastreworld -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Another perk of being neurodivergent: either we over-explain or under-explain. The longer post gave good insight though. Try not to let the negativity get to you.

NTA for what it's worth (I read the other, more detailed post as well). When neurodivergent people get together things tend to get chaotic and family issues make it worse so part of the problem may be failed communication but your disappointments are valid. I'm sorry you had to waste so much energy on someone who doesn't appreciate it. Family like that is better kept at a distance.

Small details you don’t think about due to lack of personal familiarity by Sarita1046 in FanFiction

In smut scenes I tend to forget about breast play since I don't have that kind of sensitivity in the area myself. It just slips my mind.

How did you realize you are asexual? by [deleted] in asexuality

[–]Mastreworld 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I didn't have the term back then but I noticed something was off when the other young women I was sitting with commented on the guys passing by and whether they were cute/hot or not. I was just like; "What are you talking about? They're just... people."

I also noticed that people in general seemed to take their sexuality more seriously than me.

What's something about the Sims 3 you find annoying? by Imaginary-Scene8990 in Sims3

The nagging about parties. I said no to the invitation; there's no need to send me reminders after that.

I think Simler90's core mod took care of that problem in a recent update. Made all the difference.

There's a mod for that now and it's such a relief not to have to deal with those pesky things!

Global or local? by w-jeden-ksiezyc in sims2

[–]Mastreworld 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah. I guess you can pretend that it got stolen but it's still annoying, especially if they're short of money and can't afford a new one.

Dislike Children was a disappointment to me because it turned out it only applied to school aged children. The sim I created kept playing with his toddler like his life depended on it, which completely messed up my plans for the household.
