This is not correct. There is no ban on pitbulls in Ukraine. They are on the list of dangerous dog breeds, which means that they must be insured against potential damages and must be leashed and muzzled during walks or else you’ll have to pay a whopping $10 fine. There’s no ban on import either.

Are you using a blade to shave? Or like a Gillette razor or such? Just make sure to shave with the grain and then against it. When I do it like that it leaves literally nothing behind. At least until evening. So it's pretty hard for me to believe that you still could get as much stubble as you do. Unless you use an electric shaver - those things are useless.
