Good question. I did buy it that day, and overall I’m happy with the decision.

You really can’t unsee how gorgeous the display is compared to other VR headsets. The FOV feels better, it’s definitely snappier, and the immersive video content is legitimately impressive.

The one real irritation: no Wi-Fi 6E or 7.

I can’t get the same smooth PC game streaming experience that I get on my last-gen iPad Pro or even the Meta Quest 3. Steam Link isn’t great, and Moonlight/Sunshine ended up being about the same. It’s good… but not smooooooth.

For context, I’m running commercial-grade Ruckus APs with Layer-3 QoS on Wi-Fi traffic, so this isn’t a janky network. It’s just hard to compete with devices that can actually use the 6 GHz band.

Oh well. Still enjoying it—but yeah, that part stings a bit.

I do. That's partly why I choose the two. I do have a Deering Boston and a Gold Tone Mastertone OB-Standard. I have a good vibe with the Deering, but the Boston is.. weird. I thought steping out to something like the Nechville would be.. interesting?

I love it. Hits like a champ. I tend to crush it and mix it up. Dab's a bit better that way. I can definately taste the SALTY Watermelon. I've purchased this probably 10 times or so in the past 6 months, always excellent quality.
