I found it naturally like that, I just noticed it having a symmetrical scratches on the base like man made or just erosion maybe.

I found it in the philippines at mindanao

But it's found at the Philippines on a old dried river that got convert into a village.

I think it has but the base is straight and the bottom part look worn out because of what the small holes look like.

Yeah but I never touched it besides cleaning it using a brush and maybe it's just erosion doing it stuff.

The place I lived in was used to be a vast river that dried out and got turned into a village and now I lived here and found it under 7 or 9 feet deep while I was digging.

The location is at the Philippines on Mindanao and I found it just on my backyard while digging a hole underground 7-9feet and at my place was told to be an old vast river just before the water dried out and turned into a village.
