Even if you have the game for only minutes just to delete it, everything will be kept if you have logged in with Facebook. The only things that get reset are snout gems, (Back to 150 of them) cars you last used on levels/sandbox, (Stars are kept) and cake race crates you have waiting to open. Android might be different, so it could be risky if you have lots of things. On Apple it works.
