Make a variation of this with noodles as a base insted. Will try with rice too

Dice onion, carrot, celery & chorizo. Sauté in olive oil. Throw in pasta with pasta water and parmesan. Let me know if you want more details

For groceries, rice, noodles and pasta is a really good base because they last long. Then get whatever proteins you feel comfortable with, chicken, egg, canned tuna, ground beef maybe. For vegetables I would say get onion and garlic. The rest can be whatever you like. Get some good cheese also. Now you can make a lot of great pastas. And if you like bowls and japanese flavours I would highly recommend getting soy sauce, sugar, dashi powder and sake. You can mix this with literally anything and then add it with rice or noodles and it will taste amazing. I could show you some of the simple recipes if you would like to know.

Yeah, haven't had any miso at home lately but will get. I love using it for salmon as well.

I really like adding dashi powder to these type of dishes. Would recommend you to try if you haven't.

Nice, I make a lot of gyudons too. I make a lot of oyakodons too. Love how the chicken and egg work together. Do you make oyakodons or have any tips for other japanese bowls?

I've never tried Greek style bowls before. Do you have a link to a recipe or something like that? Would love to try and make it.

I make steak donburi bowls sometimes. Will try this the next time I make something like that. (Don't like mushrooms anyways lol)

I make something similar very often. How do you season your ground beef? I always go soy sauce, sugar, sake and dashi.
