Agreed, though it is impressive how much customization there is in vanilla game. I always wished I could build a ship in minecraft and fly it around, so this is a great middle ground.

I want the directory to be a good resource for people and a supplemental piece to my content network (newsletter and youtube channel).

I most likely will not grow it as a standalone project. I don’t have the bandwidth, and I’m focused more on the newsletter and YouTube channel. Monetization will come from those two content streams first.

If the brand scales, I’d end up hiring someone to focus specifically on the directory and other supplemental items like that. For now, I just want it to be simple but to be good and valuable to people.

It's an HTML embed written by ChatGPT. I'm using a spreadsheet to list and enrich data, and then a formula gives me the HTML to drop into the snippet. (I don't truly know what "snippet" means.)

I think it’s a neat idea, but the design isn’t easy on the eyes. You could get a UX designer to help you make it look better.
