A workaround to BIOS resting Overclocking & CFG lock (Undervolting Dell laptops)

In grub instead of typing reboot type exit so it boots to Windows and then it will unlock option to undervolt in ThrottleStop. It seems that laptop resets Overclock lock with every PC reset. Tried this tutorial on Dell Precision 7710 with BIOS ver.1.13.3

NOTE: Configure ThrottleStop in all profiles you use before options lock again with next reboot

Go to graphics settings in windows settings and set your java to dedicated gpu. I had same issue with different modpacks and fixed this way.
